For us, there is no question that money has been systemically and deliberately withheld from particular identities & communities — and then each of us unconsciously internalizes those beliefs.

We know that's a fact, and everything we is foregrounded in that reality. We're never going to pretend you're NOT navigating bias against your identity or barriers to your flourishing.

That's actually why we do this work. Because we're sick of the suffering. You do NOT deserve it. So let's get super strategic and create about outwitting the system, wherever we can.

And...Entrepreneurship activates ALL of our internalized, subconscious conditioning and brings it to the forefront. Which is why it is so fraught — and also rich with opportunity. Business is the inadvertent healing & liberation journey you didn’t know you were on 😉

As culture-making, change-making entrepreneurs, we use our practical yet innovative pricing & business strategies to interrupt those patterns. Our goal is to resist and transform those unjust realities — in our lives, our businesses, our revenue plans AND our wider culture. In other words: the barriers to livelihood & money are real, and we know it. We don’t gaslight you out of your lived experience.

For us, it’s not only about ‘money mindset’ but ALSO about the structural and somatic experiences you’re having, day in and day out.

Money activates our survival instincts and generational trauma so we need to develop the skill of being able to regulate  our nervous systems…and also expand our capacity.

That’s not an intellectual game we each play on ourselves; it’s a physiological & spiritual capacity we want to help you develop.

The people we work with specifically want to make an impact…which often means worrying about accessibility and affordability.

The problem with that is that it usually pressures us to lower our prices, often way below the level of personal or business sustainability. 

We do it differently. Instead, we teach you how to build your social impact/economic justice strategy INTO your pricing structured & business model so that you can make a difference WITHOUT grinding yourself into dust or putting your business or well-being in jeopardy.

The other side of the coin is the pressure to arbitrarily raise prices as a way to signal self-worth or value. It doesn’t work. We’ll tell you why and teach you how you can do better and feel better. 

Between us, we have more than 60 years (!!!!) of entrepreneurial & brand-building experience. (We've both been entrepreneurs since our twenties!)

But even more than that, we are Women of Substance & Experience. We're both mothers to a LOT of kids (9 between us!). We've both been single moms and come through challenging and even desperate circumstances. We're both navigating chronic health shit. So we know, practically and from hard-fought experience, how to build businesses in the midst of all that. The conditions do NOT have to be ideal -- and for most of us, they won't be -- for you to grow a flourishing business.

Across the years, we've guided thousands of principled, socially-conscious entrepreneurs in building out profitable, culture-making bodies of work — and our client lists include some of the biggest names in the business.
