Culture makers are always playing a double game. You have to win inside the existing one — the launches convert, the revenue is real, the company works this quarter — while you are building the thing that changes what the game is: the framework that gets cited, the language that gets adopted, the standard that becomes the standard, the world that gets remade with medicine, mycelium, and magic. (And maybe a dash of mutiny.)
I do this work through a rampantly feminist and divinely feminine lens and I don't take it off to run a launch. I will never dilute your ideals or dumb down your work, and I won't take a woman with a potent new idea and pour her harder into the old formulas. I have spent seventeen years deconstructing the business-as-usual and bro-marketing formulas, which means I can see where they are fraying and roughly when they will crash, and I started building the replacements more than a decade ago — High Consent Marketing among them. My clients arrive early to things instead of late.
We find each other because we belong together.
I'm here for the creative weirdos who started a company because it was the only container big enough to hold the magnitude of their ideas. For the theatre kids gone very very right, told at eleven that they were too much and now dosing the whole culture with exactly that much. And for the good girls gone very wrong: thirty years of perfect compliance, every gold star on the board, and then one morning she burns the report card in the driveway and builds something of her own out of the ashes.
You know you are: the culture makers.
I'm here for movements and moral inversions — women whose bodies of work fuse modalities, synthesize realities, reject archetypes made two sizes too small for a woman's soul, dissolve shame, activate power and call a whole new world into being.
And that's just Monday morning before coffee.
You have a writer who can sound like you. What you don't have on staff is a thought partner — someone who can think as big as you think, and then turn it into marketing momentum.
I hear your voice the way a conductor hears the one flat second violin in a hundred-piece orchestra — I know when the copy is almost you and not quite, when an offer has drifted a half step off what you actually believe, when a launch has started to sound like everybody else's. I also know the secret chord when I hear it — the line, the offer, the idea that lands differently than everything around it — and that's the one we build the launch on. And I get the edges of your ideas: the parts that are still forming, the ones that make your team nervous, the ones that are the entire reason people came. Because your marketing is part of your art form and an extension of your self-expression, not a grubbier thing you do after the real work is done. Carrying your ideas out into the culture without flattening them is a bit of a spiritual assignment for me.
Then I turn around and make it real, because I own the function and lead your marketing team: positioning, strategy, the launch calendar, campaign architecture, the offer suite, the analytics, the pivots, and the results.
Which means you stop holding every detail in your own head, vetting every piece of content, engineering every launch, being both the engine and the gas in this business of yours that should be able to run for months WITHOUT YOU. You get your mind and your time back, and we make more money and more impact than you were making before.
My clients are legends, or they're about to be.
From $10K/month. Six-month minimum.
A book launch is a marathon and a second full-time job and please do not count on your publisher to promote it for you. If you’ve got big ambitions, I will design and run your book launch campaign — strategy, calendar, team, the publisher relationship, publicity, pre-orders, the tour — so that you get to be the author instead of the project manager, and the book becomes the thing that grows the company instead of the year that ate it.
And oh yeah — let's also take a great big swing at the bestseller lists.
Five months minimum, eight is better. Starts at 10K a month.
If I’m already your fractional CMO we just roll this service right in, no extra charge.
