Public Women is an ultra-private, one-year thought partnership for wildly ambitious women making culture, whether you're on your way up or already there: a green room for your public life and a sanctuary for your private one. Make the cultural intervention, write the bestseller, become the go-to name and make alllllll the money, without paying the Public Woman Tax with your body, your rest and your private life. Bigger impact, less cost, more you.
You're building the body of work now: the following, the mission with a name, the offer that's starting to sell itself. You don't have to have written the book yet, but it's in you, clawing at you to get out. You want to scale fast, and you want to do it without the tax slowing you down and without fusing your whole self to the work, so you never have to pry yourself out of it later.
The women with books, the women with followings, the women who've been doing this a while, the women with a few scars. You've hired a lot of support over the years, because the pressure of being a Public Woman is what sends you looking, and most of that support never named the pressure. You make everyone around you better, especially your team, and you can't remember the last time someone did that for you. Maybe the model that worked so well has stopped working, and because you are the business, it's become a question about who you are. You want the next iteration, bigger than the last, and this time you want to enjoy it.
WHY ME
I'm a political theorist, a fractional CMO, the founder of High Consent Marketing and the woman who named the Female Lifestyle Empowerment Brand (FLEB), and I spent 17 years inside the empowerment industry helping build its movements, its brands and its bestsellers, from the launch plans to the sales pages to (a few times) the books themselves. I've been at the table while some of the most influential women in this space decided what to say to the world, and I've watched what it cost them to say it. I know how to grow your work and blow all the way up while keeping it from taking too many chunks out of you (or, ideally, any).
BY THE END OF THE YEAR
Public Women is a structured, year-long schooling with private tutorial advisorship. It isn't here to make you more visible (you already are). It's here to make you more you while the work goes bigger: so you can go supersonic, keep a private self, and stop paying full price for being public.
01
A year of deep study, deep support and deliberate untethering, so you can rise all the way up as a public woman and keep your private self whole, free and fucking fabulous. Every week you get a lesson (video, plus a private-podcast version for walks) and an exercise: 48 of each, organized into twelve monthly concentrations. Do the lesson, do the exercise, and the year does its work on you.
02
In the Private tier, you and I meet one-on-one once a month (60 minutes, never a group), with that month's exercises in front of us. For once, someone is making you better.
03
After you enrol in Private, you complete a thorough private intake (a form, not an email thread) so our first session starts in the deep end. Everything you tell me stays between us, and we both sign a confidentiality agreement before we begin.
People carry your business, and they tell your secrets. For once, someone is making you better. The exercises come first; that's the deal.
48 weekly lessons and exercises, with private-podcast versions of every lesson. Unlimited spots. Starts January 2027. $2,200 a year.
Everything in the Immersion, plus twelve monthly 1:1 advisorship sessions with Kelly (60 minutes, never a group) and a thorough private intake. Five women only. Starts January 2027. $22,000 a year.
01. The Toggle. See the tax: the self-coaching tool (TRUEˣ) that lets you tell what's yours to fix from what was levied on you.
02. Free Woman. The history of the tax: public women, la femme libre, fair game, and why it still shapes what happens to you online.
03. Shame. Put down the shame that was never yours, so it stops steering the business.
04. The Body in Public. Your clothes, your size, your age, your face: the open season, and how to stop paying for it.
05. Money and Prices. Why a premium price in a women's space gets treated as a scandal, and how to charge it anyway.
06. The Flat Sisterhood. Likeability, trashing, and the pressure to level your own star so other women stay comfortable.
07. Fair Game. Callouts and pile-ons: discernment, response, recovery, and backup.
08. More Than Your Work. The wall, the existential crisis, the "ego death" that looks like a spiritual juncture but was provoked by the business, the urge to burn it all down, and individuation: separating without scorched earth.
09. The Team. Stop redoing everything. Let other people touch the work without it touching your identity.
10. Time, Rest and the Sabbatical. Design the year you'd actually want, and practice leaving.
11. The Private Woman. Pleasure, art, dazzle, love, friends, and the ridiculous things you missed while you were adulting since age eight: grow a self bigger than the brand.
12. The Next Iteration. Decide the size and shape of your work from here, and go for your purest, most potent iteration yet: bigger impact, less cost, more you.
It's probably not for you if... you're still deciding whether to start the business or write the book (start with the Sunday Love Letter, and come back when it's clawing at you); you want a visibility course or a leadership program (plenty of good ones exist, and this is the work they leave out); or you want a group to process in (this is ultra-private on purpose).
