Shame
The way we use our time is predetermined and overdetermined by our society and gender roles, and society frames our productivity as “personal choices.”
As soon as I get that “oh my god, I recognize myself in this” feeling, I get to work unlearning that previously-invisible, culturally conditioned habit.
