Money + Justice Workshop
How to Make Money
& justice
in Your Online Business
Bake Your Social Justice Beliefs Into Your Business -- and FLOURISH while you do it
Hi, I’m Kelly Diels (She/Her). I’m a Business Coach for Culture Makers.
For the last 5 years I’ve been raising awareness about how our status quo business + marketing practices are oppressive.
Instead of doing business as usual, I’ve developed a suite of culture-making business practices you can use to grow a business that’s good for you AND good for our culture.
and yes...
it means we do it differently.
Radically differently – and better.
Yes! RESERVE MY SEAT!
NOTE: This is where you’d usually read some malarkey about how “space is limited” to pressure you into signing up…except that I don’t use the social/mental trigger of fake scarcity in my marketing. Why? Because Women + Scarcity = Patriarchy – and no thank you. I want no part of that.
So instead of trying to subconsciously trigger you into a decision, I trust your judgment. If my live workshop can help you accomplish your money + justice goals, welcome! No pressure. No bullshit. Lots of alignment & consistency.
Are you in?
Fun Fact:
Culture Making Business Practices can help you make MORE money, not less.
There's often an assumption that baking your principles into your business means your business won't make as much money.
I can tell you from my own personal experience, and the experience of the entrepreneurs I've coached, that this is not true.
When you feel great about your business practices, you promote your business more easily and more often.
And you attract the right customers -- customers that share your values.
Personal integrity and political alignment IS a success tool. You can use it to make money AND justice.
No financial martyrdom required :)
